Through the development of firing iron-red glaze in a roller kiln, this study provides a formulation basis for applying iron-red glaze to porcelain glazed-tile systems in new product development. The experiment analyzes, from a formulation perspective, the precipitation amount of the main crystalline phase “alpha-Fe2O3” in iron-red glaze, offering reference value for the production of iron-red glaze.
